Sometimes a building has to come down before a new one goes up. Spring Creek Builds demolishes small homes, barns, and sheds in eastern Idaho and leaves the site ready for what comes next.
What We Take Down
We have demolished small homes, barns, and sheds. This is work where heavy equipment does a lot of the job, and it often comes before new construction, since an old structure has to be removed before the foundation work starts.
Demolition and the Rest of the Site Work
Because we are an excavation company, we can go from demolition to the foundation excavation, the grading, and the utilities with the same crew and equipment. That saves coordinating between contractors. See our new construction excavation and land clearing pages.
Planning a Demolition
Tell us about the structure: what it is, where it is, and what you plan to do with the site afterward. Send what you know through the contact form and we will tell you whether it is a good fit. Idaho law asks excavators to contact Idaho's one-call center by calling 811 at least two business days before digging, so underground utilities get marked first.
