We can walk the property with you to talk about where the house and the well should go. If the home will not be on city sewer, we dig test holes so the health district can evaluate the ground.
Once the survey and permits are in place, we excavate the foundation, put in the underground utilities, and backfill after the concrete crew finishes.
We connect the home to city sewer or install the septic system, bring in power and water, build the driveway, and prep the area around the house.
Septic and excavation from an owner who runs the equipment and cares about the details
On a new home, the foundation, the utilities, and the septic system all involve the same ground. One crew handling all of it keeps the site work coordinated.
General contractors and developers rely on us for new construction excavation, and we take on projects for homeowners too.
We want the work to give the customer exactly what they are after and to meet the requirements of the permits and inspections. If a job needs more time to get right, we take it.
Owner Justin Morgan has run excavators since he was a teenager, including about 15 years in the field with the Operating Engineers.
Plans change during a build. We meet and talk with owners and builders as they do, by phone, text, or on site.
